Sample at the production facility as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/18/2025. The beer is a slightly hazy reddish-orange color with a medium thin pinkish-white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of strawberry, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart rhubarb, strawberry, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is moderately tart with a strawberry rhubarb aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Sample at the brewpub during the "Jackie O's Uptown Bottle Release" on 08/11/2017. Clear pinkish-orange color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of strawberry, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with a sweet-tart strawberry and rhubarb character, and notes of herbal yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately tart with a strawberry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
