Sample at the Meadery during the "7th Annual National Mead Day" event on 08/05/2017. Clear blush color with a minimal head and sticky legs on the glass. Aroma of berry, honey and sage. Full-bodied with flavors of sweet-tart blueberry, floral honey and sage. The finish is fruity with a berry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
