Sample at the taproom. Hazy dark golden color with a medium off-white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of herbal yeast, citrus and malt. Light to medium body with an herbal sassafras character and notes of yeast, fruit and malt. The finish is fruity and herbal with a yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
