Sample at the tap room during the "Releasing the Krampus!" event on 11/30/2016. Dark brown color with a medium thin light beige head that recedes quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of malt, cherry and chocolate. Light to medium body with flavors of roasted malt, cherries and mild chocolate. The finish is malty up front with a mild cherry aftertaste. Above average overall.
