Sample at the taproom during Cleveland Beer Week. The beer is a yellow-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Yeast, fruit and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, banana, grassy hops and malt. The finish is fruity yeast and malt. Decent overall.
