Sample at Portside Distillery for the CBW Collaboration Kickoff on 10/14/2016. The beer pours a clear pale orange color with a thin white head that recedes steadily to a wispy film. Sparse spotty lacing. Fruit, malt and yeast in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal yeast, mild hops, yuzu fruit and malt. The finish is fruity with a yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
