Sample at the Listermann taproom. Black pour with a medium foamy tan head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Aroma of roast malt, dark chocolate and coffee. Medium to full body with flavors of chocolate malt, coffee and a bit of dark fruit. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
