Sample at the tap room during the "Variant #6 (+ Variants 1-5) Release" event on 05/21/2016. This beer is a hazy straw color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of spice, malt and apple. Light-bodied with flavors of spiced apple, yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a sweet-tart apple aftertaste. Decent overall.
