Sample at the tap room during the "Variant #6 (+ Variants 1-5) Release" event on 05/21/2016. Pours a slightly hazy pink grapefruit color with a thin pinkish-white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with a tart cranberry character and flavors of wheat and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a cranberry and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
