Sample at the tap room during the "Variant #6 (+ Variants 1-5) Release" event on 05/21/2016. Slightly hazy pale yellow color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of lime, wheat and yeast. Light-bodied with a mildly tart lemon-lime character and flavors of wheat and mildly funky yeast. The finish is fruity with a lime aftertaste. Above average overall.
