Sample at the tap room during the "Variant #6 (+ Variants 1-5) Release" event on 05/21/2016. The beer pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of wheat, grape and yeast. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, grape and malt. The finish is fruity with a vinous white grape aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
