Sample at the tap room. Pours a cloudy brownish-amber color with a medium light beige head that recedes gradually to a dense film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of bourbon, malt and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, caramel malt, yeast and dark fruit. The finish is oaky and fruity with a bourbon aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
