Cask hand pump at the brewery. A clear pale yellow gold coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is leafy, green hop, rustic grains, hay, straw. Flavour is composed of pale grains, hay, straw, green hop, low grass, hop oils. Palate is semi sweet, fine cask confition, little hop resin. Good.
