In collaboration with the good folks over at Second Sight Spirits in Ludlow KY, we aged one of our favorite beers with all the spicy goodness found in only their Spiced Rum. The toasted coconut creates a combination of wonderful, aroma, flavor, and texture with a creamy and smooth mouthfeel all without being too sweet.

Sample at the taproom for Cincinnati Beer Week on 06/23/2017. Brown-black color with a medium khaki head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. The aroma consists of malt, coconut and chocolate. Medium body with flavors of toasted coconut, chocolate and malt. The finish is toasty coconut and malt. Above average overall.
