Sample at Wandering Griffin. Dark brown color with a medium foamy light beige head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Sticky small patches of lace. Roasted malt, coffee and chocolate in the nose. Light-bodied with a roasty malt and coffee character, with mild chocolate and hops in the background. The finish is roast malt and coffee. Decent overall.
