Sample at the tap room during the ’Wanderlust and Spring Thaw (Wild Fermentation) Bottle Release’ on 06/03/2017. The beer is a clear dark golden color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of funky yeast, peach and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, funky peach, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is mildly funky with a peach and orange aftertaste. Good beer all around.
