Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear garnet color with a medium thin pinkish-white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of yeast, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, earthy beet and malt. The finish is beets and yeast. Above average overall.
