Sample at the Columbus taproom. Clear dark amber color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, apple and rye malt. The finish is yeast and candied apple. Above average overall.
