Sample at the tap room during the "Taproom Anniversary" event on 05/13/2017. Mostly clear orange-brown color with a medium light beige head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of malt, rye and a touch of hops. Light-bodied with flavors of roast malt, lightly spicy rye and a bit of earthy hop. The finish is mildly spicy with a rye malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
