Pours amber with a large head.Nose shows pale malt, Belgian phenols, lemon and apple notes.Similar flavours. Some malt in there but still quite dry. A fair bit of hops both in terms of a spicy hit and a strong, assertive bitterness.Carbonation could be a bit higher really.
