The mid Summer heat has arrived, so we’re releasing a seasonal beer to quench your thirst.
Inspired by the search for wild food and a slower way of living, we’re calling it The Forager. Each year, we’ll change up the recipe, gathering herbs and spices from the forest floor of our Northern Rivers region to add to the brew.
The 2016 release is a Belgian Style Witbier, brewed with coriander and bitter orange. Expect wild fruitiness, mild tartness and subtle spice that finished dry and crisp, to cool you down and refresh your palate.
