Bottle from the Hanoi taproom. Poured a clear straw colour with a mostly lasting fizzy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is yeast, light pineapple. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a crisp, fresh, mineral, tart pineapple palate. Medium to light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Light and fresh. Sour but not too sour. A little sweetness in the finish. Easy drinking and perfect for the Asian climate.
