Mango Shrikhand Dessert Sour takes inspiration from a popular Indian dessert. A kettle soured base of pilsner, wheat, oats and lactose is laced with a generous addition of mango. Cardamon, almond, pistachio and vanilla work in harmony to balance the rich fruit flavours, resulting in an intriguing brew.

Pours hazy yellow with a large lasting head.Nose shows mango, sherbet, citrus, almond, vanilla.Flavours include more mango and vanilla, a slight astringency and a refreshing acidity.
