Tap at Peachy Craft, Hanoi. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is fresh apple. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, fresh, light, dry toffee apple palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Like most ciders it’s dry sweet and with alcohol and apple all the way through, but this had a richer, raisin fruit side to it too which made it more drinkable.
