Appearance: muddy burnt orange color in the glass, one finger white foamy head which slid off mildly to leave some light lace
Aroma: the mango is bold and up front, sweet, tart and sour, light grassy hop spice and a mild yeasty vibe further underneath
Flavor: tart to sour to sweet through the mango, mild vanilla/pastry sweet character, low key aftertaste of mango
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper, low carb, finishes with the mango acidity
Overall: nicely done mango pastry sour that would be a great crusher on a hot Summer's day.

Can from Beerdome. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, tart and mango. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 210325
