When making this beer we threw everything at it, using processes we've been refining over the past 2 years. This is step 1 in a long line of hoppy beer experiments we have in the pipeline.
This beer was crafted with pale ale, Pilsner, Chit & malted oats, Phantasm, plus Thiol Boosters. Mash hopped with Riwaka & Nelson Sauvin from NZ Hops, Cryo Mosaic hops, Garston Motueka & Motueka Hop Kief from freestyle hops & Verdant IPA Yeast.

From a 440ml can on 22/3/2025. Pours a slightly hazy with the barest of heads. Has a sharp, pungent peach nose with some yeasty esters. Tastes sharp and tangy with peach and apricot, which is met with a distinct, spicy and lingering bitterness with some citrus rind presenting. Silky mouthfeel with lively carbonation. A little odd, interesting and rewarding at the same time.
