Our house-fermented semi-sweet cider with blackberry. Fragrant blackberry aroma combined with clean fresh apple flavour. Medium tartness and moderate sweetness. A touch of tannin and a hint of violet, cinnamon, honey, rose and earthiness. Luxurious deep purple colour.

On tap at St. Augustine's. Pours clear ruby. Red apple skins on the nose. Flavour has red apple skins, excess sugars, sweet cherry candies, and blackberry candies. This is pop nonsense, way too sweet.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear mahogany with a small off-white head. Aroma has subtle blackberries upfront, with moderate sweetness, not much depth. Flavour is medium-sweet, with a nice apple acidity and blackberry fruitiness. Reasonably constructed, nice blackberry infusion and ideal acidity. Not complex but drinkable.
