Irish Red Ale
An easy-drinking Irish Red Ale with a nuanced malt profile. A delightful grainy sweetness, toasted bread, and delicate toffee notes from the malts. A touch of roasted barley contributes a dry finish, while subtle fruit esters enhance its complexity. Medium bitterness provides a satisfying balance.

Poured from the tap @ St. Aug's. Clear mahogany brown with small off white head. Clean toffee malt, simple, a touch thin, lacking any complexity or roundness.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a dark mahogany with a small off-white head. Aroma has some English bready malt and a hint of dry caramel in back. Flavour is on par, with bready malt, some dry English malt, and a hint of dry caramel. Dry, clean, drinkable. Good for a boring style.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear amber with a white head. Bread crusts and burnt caramel on the nose. Flavour has bready malts, some crusts, a bit of burnt caramel. Pretty decent red ale.
