Sample at the taproom. Cloudy reddish-amber color with a medium thick frothy off-white head that recedes gradually to a film. Small patches of lacing. Roast malt, caramel and hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, earthy hops and a touch of coffee. The finish is roasty with a sweet malt and toffee aftertaste. Above average overall.
