Elegant crops, of course, and no matter the trouble in harvesting them it’s always worthwhile to see those beauties shine. Light in color with a touch of haze, this American IPA maintains an approachable medium-body without sacrificing any of the full aroma and flavor of copious dry hopping additions of Simcoe, Azacca, and Idaho 7 hops.

Mild lemongrass nose. Clear amber, thin head. Lemongrass and apple core. Medium body, easy carbonation.

Poured from can 4/6/18 clear gold with a white head. Aroma is pineapple mango floral notes pine. Taste is juicy citrus earthy floral hops and a lingering pine finish.

Can from Bruisin' Ales. Pours brassy gold with a creamy/bubbly white head. Aroma has an armpit hint. Citrus/grapefruit is possible. Mild caramel. Med body or nearly. Flavor is sort of tropical - like to think I can parse mango, guava and citrus. There's a mild hop burn. Fruity it is. Not all that dry. Very hoppy. Very, and pleasingly bitter. Not at all harsh. This is well put together. Delicious.
