Snake Oil's sly, mild bitter sits on top of a dry, crisp "Super" American Pale Ale and the giant hop notes reach out to bite you – dominated by those California notes of mango, grapefruit, passion fruit and backed by classic pine and resin it’s a hop lover’s paradise.

Description says APA, can says IPA--? Can at Denison University. Opaque, light brown, thin head. Aroma and taste are similar--piney with substantial background malt. Fairly typical for a "North Coast" IPA. Smooth, average-to-lively carbonation with finish as taste.

Sample at Local Cantina Gahanna. The beer is a clear pale orange color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of floral hops, citrus and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Above average overall.
