Tap at Beer Republic, Bangkok. Poured a hazy light brown colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, lots of big initial tropical citrus fruits, dry floral hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp, fresh, crisp, malt, fruity, light dry pepper spice, big woody floral hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lots of fruit in the nose but it didn’t stay with the beer through to the finish. Very dry and bitter. That suits me but this might not be to everyone’s liking.
