Sample at the Meadery during the Coffee Mead Release on 08/23/2015.Slightly murky brownish-amber color with a minimal head and sticky legs on the glass. Aroma of coffee, chocolate and honey. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted coffee, cocoa, honey and a bit of fruit. The finish is roasty coffee and herbal honey. Pretty good overall.
