Sample at the Meadery during National Mead Day on 08/01/2015. This Mead is a clear maroon color with a minimal head and decent legs. Potpourri and honey aroma. Medium to full body with a floral hibiscus flavors with some sweet honey in the background. The finish is sweet and floral with a hibiscus aftertaste. Above average overall.
