Sample at the Meadery during National Mead Day on 08/01/2015. Clear pale yellow color with a minimal head and minimal legs. Aroma of lemons, honey and spice. Medium to full body with flavors of zesty lemon, honey and slight spice. The finish is mildly effervescent with a lemony aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
