On draught at the brewpub, this is the June selection in Elevator’s "PHD" program. The beer is a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat and strawberries. Light body with flavors of herbal wheat, strawberry, malt and mildly tart rhubarb. The finish is wheaty with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.
