Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/09/2015. Dark brown pour with a medium foamy beige head that recedes steadily to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Smoky aroma with oak and malt notes. Medium-bodied with a smoked malt character and flavors of oaky bourbon and dark chocolate. The finish is charred malt and bourbon. Pretty good all around.
