Sample at the taproom. The beer is a hazy straw color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, wheat and a bit of spice. Light-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, wheat and malt. The finish is mildly tart with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.
