Sample at the brewpub (this is the Visalia location which should not be affiliated with HB). The beer is a slightly hazy yellow color with a thin white head that recedes quickly to a film. Spotty lace. Wheat and banana in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat and banana. The finish is sweet malt and honey with a touch of wheat. Average overall.
