Sample at McNulty’s Bier Markt for the CBW Collaboration Kickoff on 10/10/2014. The beer is a clear gold color with a medium thick fluffy white head that recedes gradually. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart citrus, toasted malt and earthy yeast. The finish is mildly sour with a citrusy aftertaste. Above average overall.
