Sample at The J Bar as part of Ohio Brew Week. Pours a deep mahogany-brown color with a medium thin foamy beige head that recedes gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hazelnut, chocolate and oaky vanilla. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted nuts, chocolate malt and bourbon. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good brew overall.
