Sample at the taproom. Pours a slightly hazy golden-yellow color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes steadily to a large-bubbled film. Top ring of lacing with spots underneath. Aroma of hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, pine and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering hops and melon aftertaste. Enjoyable and drinkable beer that straddles between IPA and IIPA.
