Sample at the Meadery during their beer release event. Hazy yellow color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of wheat, malt and citrus. The finish is wheaty with a fruity aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
