Sample at the Meadery during their beer release event. Clear yellow-orange color with a minimal white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast and spices. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal yeast and fruit. The finish is semi-sweet with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.
