Sample at the Meadery. Pours a clear yellow-gold color with decent legs on the side of the glass. Vinous aroma with some apricot behind it. Full-bodied and sweet with an apricot flavor and notes of oak, white grapes and honey. The finish is sweet and slightly syrupy with an apricot aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
