Sample at the taproom. Brownish-black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of smoked malt and hops. Medium body with flavors of charred malt, hops and berries. The finish is smoky with a lingering malt aftertaste. Above average overall.
