(2021 Version 6%ABV) Pours clear deep ruby red with a tiny pink head. Complex aroma - earthy, yoghurt, berries, a bit funky. Light body with plenty of fine carbonation. It’s sour but not overmuch. There’s a lovely fruitiness, more berries than grapes. There’s some yoghurt notes. Unusual and very enjoyable.

Tap at the Freehouse, Singapore. Poured an orange dark amber colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is light dough biscuit malt, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp, fresh, tart citrus sour, yeasty palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
