Tap at 3rd Culture Brewing Co, Singapore. Poured a cloudy very light brown, almost chalky white colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, light fruit, light hop palate. The flavour is light bitter sweet with a crisp, grainy, light floral, light dry pepper spice, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft to average carbonation. Somewhat NEIPA like, but with a little more fruit and without the aggressive dry spicy palate.
