From a 375ml can on 25/2/2019. Pours a fairly clear medium golden with a small head. Has a slightly odd, funky herbal nose. The flavour is fairly true to the description - sweet plum with a decent whack of slightly tart saltiness. Medium bodied with average to prickly carbonation. I'm a bit conflicted here - I don't think much of goses but do like salty plums. And ultimately this is more salty plum than gose for mine. Original, interesting and quite tasty.

Can at Bitter Phew. Pours a clear straw with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy tart plum and earthy wheat with a hint of yogurt. Flavor has a nice slight tart plum with earthy and sweet wheat backing.

Draft at Smith Street Taps, Singapore. Poured a clear orange amber with a thin white head. The aroma is malty pineapple tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet and sour with a fresh, crisp, yeasty, tart tropical fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
