Bottle from Chit Beer, Koh Kret Island, Bangkok. Poured a murky light straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is biscuit dough, pear, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate sour, with a light, fresh, crisp, slightly watery, grainy, light yeast. light fruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A fairly easy-drinking gose. Not too sour.
